Margaritaville Citrus Rum Marinade Recipe
A COMBINATION OF CITRUS AND RUM THIS MARINADE IS A GREAT WAY TO BRING A TASTE OF THE TROPICS INTO YOUR SUMMER GRILLING.THIS, IS GREAT ON POULTY AND BEEF. or fish, AND EVEN BRUSHING IT ON GRILLED FRUITS AND VEGETABLES.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 -CUP FRESH ORANGE JUICE
  • 1/4 -CUP FRESH LIME JUICE
  • 2 -TABLESPOONS FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 1/4- CUP SUGAR
  • 1/4- CUP VEGETABLE OIL
  • 1/4- CUP MEYERS DARK RUM
  • 2 -ENVELOPES- LIPTON -GOLDEN -ONION SOUP MIX

Directions
  1. IN A GLASS MIXING BOWL, WHISK TOGETHER ALL THE INGREDIENTS.
  2. USE THE MARINADE IMMEDIATLEY OR POUR INTO AN AIRTIGHT JAR , COVER IT TIGHTLY AND KEEP REFRIGERATED FOR UP TO 2 WEEKS DISCARD AFTER USE.
  3. TO USE MARINATE FOR AT LEAST 1 TO 2 HOURS FOR CHICKEN, BEEF,......AND FOR PORK 4 HOURS.
