Pineapple Bread Pudding

- 1 stick butter (not margerine) shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs, well beaten shopping list
- 1 20oz can of crushed pineapple (include juice) shopping list
- 5 slices of Italian or white bread, crusts removed, cut into smallish cubes shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy
- add eggs
- mix well
- add crushed pineapple
- fold in bread cubes making sure that bread is completely wet
- place in a 2 1/2 quart casserole
- bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
