How to make it

  • Blend cream cheese until soft
  • Pour in can or evaporated milk and blend until smooth
  • Add lemon juice and vanilla
  • Mix until all ingredients are smooth
  • Pour into gramham cracker crust, and put in fridge to set
  • NOTE: If you use light or fat free creamcheese the cheesecake won't set as well.

    I love this recipe - that I use all the time! but has anyone tried to add canned pumpkin to this to make pumpkin cheesecake?? i'm tempted to do it but should I add pumpkin pie spice too?
