This dish is simple to make, and I love it because I don't have to bake it for an hour. Just mix the ingredients and you're good to go

Ingredients
  • 1 package creamcheese
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 pre made gramham cracker crust
  • 1 can sweet evaporated milk

Directions
  1. Blend cream cheese until soft
  2. Pour in can or evaporated milk and blend until smooth
  3. Add lemon juice and vanilla
  4. Mix until all ingredients are smooth
  5. Pour into gramham cracker crust, and put in fridge to set
  6. NOTE: If you use light or fat free creamcheese the cheesecake won't set as well.
