Baked Shrimp Provencal

- 1 12 oz pkg of frozen shrimp, thawed and shelled shopping list
- 1 tbsp of oil shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 small red onion, sliced shopping list
- 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes shopping list
- 1/2 c white wine shopping list
- 2 tsp flour shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh taragon shopping list
- 1 tsp dried oregano shopping list
- 1/3 c calamata olives shopping list
- 1/4 c of chevre cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onions and garlic in heated oil.
- Stir in flour to form a roux.
- Add tomatoes with juice and wine. Whisk out any lumps.
- Add rosemary, tarragon and oregano.
- Cook until sauce has thickened.
- Add shrimps and heat through.
- Sprinkle with parsley and top with cheese.
