Easy Easy black bean soup

- 3 cans of black beans shopping list
- Your favorite Mexican salsa (the chunkier the better) shopping list
- A pinch of cumin shopping list
- yogurt, cheese, or sour cream for garnish shopping list
- tortilla chips shopping list
How to make it
- Dump one can of black beans (juice and all) into your blender with about a half can's worth of salsa and blend
- Dump the results into a saucepan
- Dunp the other two cans of black beans into the saucepan with about a can's worth of salsa
- Add a pinch of cumin (to taste)
- Simmer for 10-15 minutes until it is warmed through and the flavors blend (it can keep simmering, no rush)
- Serve with a dollop of yogurt or sour cream, or a sprinkle of cheese, and chips on the side for dipping or crushing

Yeah, but Jeanie, it's your mixer beater in which I was interested. Aw shucks, I could beat and mix all day, with this gadgetry. I wanted to taste and lick the mixer beater and bowl held in your hands.
