Hot Sauce Fried Catfish Recipe

Hot Sauce Fried Catfish Recipe
Got this recipe out of one of my local magazines and it is a real winner. I've even fred shrimp like this and it was just as good. Beware though. If you don't care for highly seasoned food, you don't want to try this one.
