Orange-glazed Beets Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon cornstarch

2/3 cup orange juice

salt and pepper, to taste

1 16 ounch can beets, sliced

Directions

Melt butter. Mix sugar and cornstarch and blend into butter. Stir in o.j. and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper and beets. Cook unti beets are heated through. Sprinkle with grated orange rind.
