Green Beans Vinaigrette

- 2 lbs. fresh green beans shopping list
- 2 Tblesp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. mustard shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sugar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in a measuring cup or bowl.
- Add the oil and blend thoroughly. Set aside.
- Remove ends from beans.
- Either steam or cook in boiling water for 5 minutes or desired tenderness.
- Drain, if boiled.
- Place in serving dish.
- Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
