How to make it

  • Mix the lemon juice, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper in a measuring cup or bowl.
  • Add the oil and blend thoroughly. Set aside.
  • Remove ends from beans.
  • Either steam or cook in boiling water for 5 minutes or desired tenderness.
  • Drain, if boiled.
  • Place in serving dish.
  • Drizzle with vinaigrette and serve.
