If you enjoy Reuben Sandwiches you will really enjoy this dip.

Ingredients
  • 1 jar or bag ( 32 oz.)of sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
  • 3 pkg's (2 1/2 oz.) corned beef,shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Rye cocktail bread or crackers

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients into cooker except bread or crackers.
  2. Cover and cook on high 2 hours.
  3. Serve with bread or crackers.
