Ingredients
  • Cake part
  • 3 cups of bisquick
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Cheesecake filling
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • Topping Strawberry preserves

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Mix bisquick, sugar, butter, and milk beat vigoursly 30 seconds. Turn dough onto surface well dusted with baking mix. Knead 30 times. Pat dough evenly in bottom and the sides of the ungreased 9" pan.
  3. Prepare cheese filling and beat all ingredients with beater till smooth. Pour over dough.
  4. Bake till edge is golden brown and filling is set. About 30 min.
  5. Cool 10 min. Spread with preserves ..Serve warm

This turned out beautiful! I used Razzleberry Jam as the topping and it was spectacular. (Blackberry/Rspberry combine)-incredible aroma and taste. The crust is beautiful too-Next time I am going to use lemon-thanks for the post-awesome and easy-a keeper!
