Oven Baked French Toast With Cranberry Maple Sauce

- 8 ounces cream cheese softened shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 loaf French bread cut into thick slices shopping list
- 3 cups cranberries divided shopping list
- 1 cup maple syrup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended.
- Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each addition then stir in milk.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over 1 cup of the cranberries in large bowl and toss lightly.
- Let stand 15 minutes rearranging bread in bowl occasionally to moisten.
- Place in rows in greased rectangular baking dish.
- Pour any remaining cream cheese mixture over bread then bake 45 minutes.
- Bring syrup to boil in medium saucepan then add remaining cranberries and sugar.
- Cook stirring occasionally then cool sauce slightly and serve with toast.
