How to make it

  • Cut Bread in half horizontally
  • Hollow out each half,leaving 3/4" shell
  • In bowl,combine artichoke liquid and miracle whip
  • Spread mixture onto each bread shell
  • In one half of bread shell,layer meats,cheese,artichokes,onion,olives,tomatoes
  • Top with remaining bread
  • Wrap entire loaf tightly with plastic
  • Overwrap tightly with foil
  • Place on cookie sheet
  • Place another cookie sheet on top of loaf,weighted down with unopened cans on top (This is to -set- the sandwich
  • Refrigerate Overnight
  • For easier serving unwrap next morning and cut into 2" slices,then rewrap securely in plastic then foil.Place inside large plastic bag and seal
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to dash out the door.
