Mediteranean Dip Recipe

Mediteranean Dip Recipe
This is a dip I first had in the Middle East back in the 80s. Yeah I'm that old :-). I recreated it at home and have enjoyed it ever since.

Wow. This sounds great. I think I would use ground lamb, as it is a bit more M. Eastern.

Sounds interesting and delicious!

Sounds great, I can't wait to try it!

Hi Lam.. This is one of my all time favorite toppings for Hummos. We always make this for special family gatherings. The only thing we do different is use ground lamb instead of beef but the beef version is just as tasty... Great post... My mouth is watering..... Jim
