Ingredients
  • 1 can (6 ounces) eight vegetable drink
  • 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of olive liquid (straight from the olive jar)
  • 1 tsp of prepared mustard
  • 1 mashed garlic clove, minced as fine as possible
  • 1/2 tsp of dried marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp of white peper

Directions
  1. Combine ingredients and store in a covered jar in the refrigerator.
  2. Shake up before using.
  3. The olive liquid is your salt for this dressing.
  4. under five calories per tablespoon.
  5. Really good on a crisp lettuce with lots of cucumbers and radishes.
