Scalloped Tomatoes Recipe

	side vegetables scalloped tomatoes onions butter

Ingredients

2 cups cooked or canned tomatoes

4 slices toast cut in cubes

6 drops onion juice

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1/4 cup melted butter

Directions

Alternate layers of tomatoes and toast cubes in greased casserole having toast for top layer.

Season with onion juice, salt and pepper.

Pour over batter and bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
