No Crust Coconut Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 cup sugar

1/2 cup self-rising flour

4 eggs, well beaten

1/2 stick butter, melted

1 teaspoon real vanilla extract

2 cups milk

7 ounces coconut, fresh or frozen

Dash of nutmeg, if desired

Directions

Mix sugar and flour.

Add beaten eggs, then add remaining ingredients.

Pour into 2 greased 9-inch aluminum foil pie tins.

Bake at 350 degrees until brown on tops, about 35 minutes.
