Singers Delight - Works For Non-singers Too

Everyone knows how jealously professional singers guard their vocal cords. This concoction is first aid when your throat is sore and you need to be in top shape vocally. The trick is to mix alcohol (which warms you up, but dries your cords) with something smooth and creamy, and of course, chocolate makes you happy.
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 2-3 tbsp white sugar shopping list
- 1 tbsp softened butter shopping list
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder shopping list
- 1 tbsp brandy, cognac or rum shopping list
How to make it
- Cream all ingredients together until very very smooth.
- Enjoy slowly, savoring every spoon.
- It will warm up your throat without drying it, and you'll sing with joy, even if you are not a singer at all :)
