- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list
- meatballs shopping list
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons milk shopping list
- 4 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/4 onion, finely minced shopping list
- 4 garlic clove, crushed shopping list
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter, room temperature shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt shopping list
- fresh ground pepper shopping list

- 1 lb ground chuck shopping list
- 1 lb ground turkey breast shopping list
How to make it
- SAUCE
- Caramelize onion in oil. Add carrots and sauté until soft. Add garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste until well combined. Stir in tomato juice, sugar, butter, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2 to 3 hours, until sauce thickens. Meanwhile, make the meatballs.
- MEATBALLS
- Mix breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, cheese, butter, salt, pepper, and a sprinkling of allspice until well combined.
- Break up meat and mix just until combined.
- Brown meatballs in batches and drain grease. Keep warm on a plate in microwave as you cook all of the meatballs.
- Serve sauce and meatballs with hot cooked spaghetti.
