Yummy. What a great and healthy recipe for fish lovers. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 2 pounds fish cut into pieces shopping list
- Marinade: shopping list
- 2 teaspoons green pepper shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ginger paste shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chopped celery shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all marinade ingredients then marinate fish for 15 minutes.
- Grill fish until tender then serve immediately.

I love fish of any kind and this sounds wonderful. I haven't tried fish with ginger so this one is next on my big list to try.
