Ingredients
  • 2 pounds fish cut into pieces
  • Marinade:
  • 2 teaspoons green pepper
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Mix all marinade ingredients then marinate fish for 15 minutes.
  2. Grill fish until tender then serve immediately.

I love fish of any kind and this sounds wonderful. I haven't tried fish with ginger so this one is next on my big list to try.
