Cajun Back Ribs

Another great recipe from my neighbor and friend who is a fantastic cook and grills the best foods at our block parties. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 4 pounds pork ribs shopping list
- 3 tablespoons paprika shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons oregano shopping list
- 2 teaspoons thyme shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all seasonings and dust all surfaces of ribs with mixture.
- Prepare medium hot coals in covered grill banking coals when hot.
- Grill ribs over indirect heat 1-1/2 hours turning every 15 minutes.
