Turkey Bacon Guacamole Panini Recipe

	Bedeo / All my dishes 3 months, 2 weeks ago A lighter panini for spring and summer. The guacamole and bacon go amazingly well together, while the turkey adds a little weight to the whole thing. Best if made with fresh crisp lettuce and cliantro. Prep:15m Cook:5m Servings:1	Bedeo

Ingredients

3 tbs of guacamole.

1 small cibatta loaf.

1/2 turkey breast, torn into strips.

3 slices bacon.

1/6 cup grated asiago cheese.

Lettuce, sweet onion, parsley, Cilantro to taste.

Directions

Sautee or grill turkey breast strips until fully cooked.

Slice cibatta in half, cover face of each half with cheese.

Broil until cheese melts and bread is toasted.

Spread guacamole on other half of panini.

Layer turkey and bacon, lettuce, tomato, parsley, Cilantro on bottom half and finish assembly with guacamole covered side on top.
