How to make it

  • Sautee or grill turkey breast strips until fully cooked.
  • Slice cibatta in half, cover face of each half with cheese.
  • Broil until cheese melts and bread is toasted.
  • Spread guacamole on other half of panini.
  • Layer turkey and bacon, lettuce, tomato, parsley, Cilantro on bottom half and finish assembly with guacamole covered side on top.
