Turkey Bacon Guacamole panini

    No panini pan grill marks on this one cause it's done in the broiler! It gets the cheese all nice and browned. In the ingredients onion is listed but not in the directions and tomato is in the directions but not in the ingredients list. Does that make sense? lol! I just did the onions and not the tomato. The herbs were a nice addition in this. I hardly ever put herbs on my sandwiches (except for basil) but after this can see myself doing it often ;)

    Thanks! I think that was the first time for me at putting parsley on a sandwich and it was awesome! It really does add a lot of flavor and just makes a regular sandwich so different ;) My husband now has said that he hates just white bread plain meat and cheese sandwiches (which he used to prefer) lol! The fancier the better for him now!

    That does look really yummy! I've often posted a recipe and forgot to include one of the ingredients in the directions and had to go back and fix it once someone pointed it out. LOL! The Guacamole is a nice touch. Did you use the Asiago cheese? Love Asiago cheese!
