One of my favourite snacks. Puts those slightly stale pitas to good use! I just made these and am enjoying them right now. Mmmmmm

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper

  2. Cut pita into wedges / triangles.
  3. Coat each piece well with olive oil (use fingers or a brush).

I think I will make some now as well...they look so good and I always have stale pitas hanging around.
Thanks, Deb

Sounds yummy might have to try em out.....

I've been looking for a good recipe for pita chips. Cutting calories here and I've found a great pita - whole grain and 70 cal per round. I'll make these this afternoons. Thanks.

Hi...what kind of "steak spice" do you use? K

I'm in Montreal so i use "Schwartz's Steak and Beef Spice." It's a blend of kosher salt, garlic and fine herbs, so any steak spice should do the job.
