CARIBBEAN COCONUT DIP

- 1 green onion shopping list
- 1 red chili pepper shopping list
- 1 TEASPOON oil shopping list
- 1 SMALL clove GARLIC shopping list
- 3/4 CUP CANNED coconut milk shopping list
- 2 SLICES OF pineapple FRESH shopping list
- salt AND pepper TO TASTE shopping list
How to make it
- RINSE GRREN ONION AND CUT INTO THIN DIAGONAL RINGS.
- SLIT OPEN THE CHILI PEPPER, REMOVE THE SEEDS, TRIM AND CUT INTO THIN STRIPS.
- PEEL AND CHOP GARLIC.
- HEAT OIL AND SAUTE GREEN ONION, CHILI PEPPER,AND GARLIC UNTIL TRANSLUCENT.ADD COCONUT MILK
- REMOVE PEEL AND CORE FROM PINEAPPLE, DICE VERY FINELY, AND STIR INTO SAUCE.
- SEASON TO TASTE WITH SALT AND PEPPER,TRANSFER TO A SMALL BOWL AND CHILL UNTIL SERVED.
