How to make it

  • Put the chocolate in a basin over a pan of boiling water and allow to dissolve till it looks like icing.
  • Turn the contents of the packet of Rice Crispies into a large bowl and add the chocolate
  • Mix well being careful not to crush the Crispies.
  • when thoroughly mixed, spoon into cake paper cases
  • Leave to set. You can chill in the base of the fridge if wished
