Cavatini Recipe
A nice casserole with plenty of left overs. I make this when I have small amounts of different pastas n combine them all. Can use whatever pasta you have on hand.

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground italian sausage
  • 1 pkg sliced pepperoni
  • 2 8 oz pkg of mozzerella cheese
  • parmesan cheese
  • large jar of favorite spaghetti sauce or your own
  • quarter a box of elbow macaroni cooked aprox
  • quarter a box of rigatoni cooked aprox
  • quarter a box of shell cooked aprox

Directions
  1. Brown sausage till no longer pink. Drain add sauce, n pepperoni. In large casserole dish or a dutch oven, place enough sauce to just cover bottom, add a layer of pasta, spoon over some sauce to cover, sprinkle with parmesan cheese a mozzerella cheese. continue layering ending with mozzeralla cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven till cheese is melted n bubbly .
