Plum B B Q Sauce

This is a BBQ sauce I came up with when I ran out of sauce at home. Really fast, great tasting and so so good on ribs. I've used it on baked tofu as well, yummy
Ingredients
- 1 cup plum jam (homemade unsweetened is best) shopping list
- 1/2 cup tomato puree shopping list
- 1/4 cup molasses shopping list
- 2 T apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 3 T Raspberry balsamic vinegar (or 4 T raspberry puree, no seeds) shopping list
- 1/2 t paprika or if you like spicy hot add cayenne shopping list
- 1/2 t salt shopping list
- dash of finely ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together
- That's it!
- Now you can start slathering it on everything!
