Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • Dash of Hot Sauce
  • 2 cups assorted grated cheeses
  • 2-1/2 Whole English Muffins cut up into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 14 thinly sliced Canadian Bacon cut up into 1/2-inch squares
  • 7 or 8 six-ounce greased custard cups

Directions
  1. Beat eggs and milk together until fully incorporated, add hot sauce and dijon, beat again mixing thoroughly.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Ladle the mixture into the custard cups and place together in a baking sheet.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 28 minutes. Serve immediately.
