Arkansas Breakfast Souffle

- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard shopping list
- Dash of hot sauce shopping list
- 2 cups assorted grated cheeses shopping list
- 2-1/2 Whole English muffins cut up into 1/2-inch cubes shopping list
- 14 thinly sliced Canadian bacon cut up into 1/2-inch squares shopping list
- 7 or 8 six-ounce greased custard cups shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs and milk together until fully incorporated, add hot sauce and dijon, beat again mixing thoroughly.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Ladle the mixture into the custard cups and place together in a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 28 minutes. Serve immediately.
