How to make it

  • Saute onion in butter until translucent. Add flour and cook to make a roux. Add pickle juice and then the chicken stock. Cook until smooth and velvety. Add drained beef and continue to cook over low heat. Add chopped pickles. Then add cheese and stir until melted. Finish with cream and cook a few minutes more. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    This sounds Exactly what I have been looking for. There is 1 place here that has this once a week, if you happen to catch the day they make it. I've have tried, and tried to get them to tell me how to make it, but they wouldn't.I think I might put a little mustard in it to try. Thanks so,so much...
