Noodle Salad with Shrimp and Mint

- 1 (7-ounce) package uncooked vermicelli shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lime juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint shopping list
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions shopping list
- lime wedges (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat; drain.
- Combine lime juice and next 6 ingredients (through garlic) in a small bowl, stirring to combine.
- Combine pasta and shrimp in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with onions.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges, if desired.
