How to make it

  • Melt chocolate in a bowl resting over a pot of gently simmering water, stirring constantly.
  • Heat milk (microwave is easiest) to just below a simmer and sprinkle with gelatin, allow to sit for 1 minute.
  • Then, whisk milk and gelatin mixture into chocolate. Let cool to room temperature.
  • Whip cream to soft peaks and fold in Chambord. Fold whipped cream into chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the raspberries into the mousse mixture and gently fold.
  • Pour in to glasses and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
  • SERVING: I like to serve it in a martini glass with a raspberry and chocolate shaving for garnish

    NOt a whole lot of things in this world better than raspberry/chocolate combination. Yumola. This one gets a 5, sounds decadent.
