couscous beet carrot salad

tasty raw food couscous salad
Ingredients
- 2 cups couscous shopping list
- 2 cups of boiled water shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1 carrot grated shopping list
- 1 fresh beet, peeled and grated shopping list
- half a cup of walnuts shopping list
- half a cup of sultanas shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- half a teaspoon of cracked black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- put the couscous in a bowl
- pour in the boiling water and let sit for 5 min
- gently fluff the couscous with a fork
- fluff in the butter
- gently stir in carrot,beet,walnuts and sultanas
- mix (shake)in a small jar with lid, the balsamic,olive oil and black pepper
- gently mix dressing into salad
- serve
