Ingredients

1 8-oz container cream cheese

2 Tablespoons Apricot, Peach, or Pineapple Preserves

1/3 cup flaked coconut

Directions

Combine cream cheese and preserves, mixing until well blended.

Add coconut and mix well.

Chill

Serve with a slice of nut bread.
