Parmesan Catfish

- 6 Catfish filets shopping list
- 3 T butter shopping list
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese (grated) shopping list
- ¼ cup flour shopping list
- ¼ cup cornmeal shopping list
- ½ t salt shopping list
- ½ t pepper shopping list
- 1 t paprika shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 T milk shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.
- Mix cheese, flour, cornmeal and spices.
- Beat egg with milk.
- Dip catfish in egg mixture then dredge in the mixture.
- Place filets in casserole dish turning once to coat with butter.
- Put remaining cheese mixture on top and pour more butter on top.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
- For spicier flavor, add granulated garlic, cayenne pepper or hot sauce.
