Hong Kong Ramen Noodles Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 package Ramen noodles cooked according to directions (oriental, chicken or any preferable flavor)
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 pound Ground turkey or chicken (or ground chuck)
  • 1 T Ginger
  • 3 T Teriyaki sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic crushed
  • ½ package of Cole slaw mix
  • 1 T Splenda (or sugar)
  • ¼ t Sesame oil
  • Black pepper to taste
  • cilantro, chopped

Directions
  1. Cook onions in olive oil in large skillet until soft and translucent. Add ground turkey and ginger and cook until meat is browned. Add teriyaki and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add Cole slaw mix and cook until slaw is tender. Season with Splenda, sesame oil and black pepper. Serve on top of cooked ramen noodles. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
