Hong Kong Ramen Noodles

- 1 package ramen noodles cooked according to directions (oriental, chicken or any preferable flavor) shopping list
- 1 T olive oil shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 pound ground turkey or chicken (or ground chuck) shopping list
- 1 T ginger shopping list
- 3 T teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic crushed shopping list
- ½ package of Cole slaw mix shopping list
- 1 T Splenda (or sugar) shopping list
- ¼ t sesame oil shopping list
- black pepper to taste shopping list
- cilantro, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onions in olive oil in large skillet until soft and translucent. Add ground turkey and ginger and cook until meat is browned. Add teriyaki and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add Cole slaw mix and cook until slaw is tender. Season with Splenda, sesame oil and black pepper. Serve on top of cooked ramen noodles. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
