  • 1 POUND LEAN GROUND BEEF
  • 1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
  • 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
  • 1-1/2 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
  • 1/2 CUP - BISQUICK- MIX
  • 1 CUP MILK
  • 2 EGGS

Directions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 DEGRESS F.
  2. DPRAY A 9 INCH GLASS PIE PAN WITH COOKING SPRAY.
  3. IN A SKILLET COOK HAMBURGER MEAT AND ONION UNTIL DONE, DRAIN
  4. ADD SALT THEN SPREAD IN PIE PLATE EVENLY.
  5. SPRINKLE WITH 1 CUP CHEESE
  6. STIR ALL REMAINING INGEDIENTS IN A A MEDIUM BOWL, WITH A WIRE WHISKUNTIL BLENDED. POUR IN PIE PLATE OVER MEAT DO NOT MIX.
  7. BAKE ABOUT 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL KNIFE INSERTED IN CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN. .. I ADD THE 1/2 CHEESE THE LAST 1- 2 MINUTES OF BAKING.
  8. MAKES 6 SERVINGS

  10. ( HIGH ALTITUDE ( 3500-6500 FEET) BAKE 30 TO 35 MINUTES
