- 1/4 cup chopped red onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup lime juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup tarragon vinegar or herb vinegar shopping list
- 1 large (1 1/2 cups) ripe mango, peeled, chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh gingerroot shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Serve with chicken, turkey or pork.
