Chantilly Cake

- 1 angelfood cake ring (bought or homemade) shopping list
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, shipped stiff shopping list
- 6 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups crushed fresh strawberries OR 1-10 ounce package frozen strawberries, thawed shopping list
- 1-81/2 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 12 large marshmallows, cut in small pieces (can use mini marshmallows) shopping list
- toasted coconut, optional shopping list
How to make it
- Cut cake into 2 layers
- Whip the cream
- To whipped cream add sugar, vanilla, strawberries, pineapple, and marshmallows
- Mix well
- Then cover bottom and top layers of cake with this mixture
- Sprinkle top and sides generously with toasted coconut OR
- when ready to serve, place whole or sliced strawberries on each piece
- Keep in refrigerator
