Creamed Spinach Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound of frozen chopped spinach,

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 tbsp.of butter

2-4 ounces of velvetta cheese(optional)

garlic salt

Directions

Cook the spinach as directed on the package.

Drain well.

In a saucepan ,heat butter,mushroom soup,spinach and cheese to low boil,

stirring1-5 minutes till cheese melts,

add garlic salt to taste.
