How to make it

  • Mix the flour , sugar , butter and water .
  • Chill it while preparing the filling .
  • Beat the eggs . Add the milk and the sugar .
  • Preheat the oven at 180 degrees .
  • Divide the dough into 6 to 8 balls .
  • Flatten them into the pans .
  • Spoon the custard into the shells .
  • Cook for 30 mins or until set . .
  • Cool it .

    So hard dough,,I almost can't mold it..it's easy to make but not excellence..anyway thanks for recipe :)

    The recipe for the pastry is crispy type not the puffy type. The filling and the pastry are good and not sweet at all which I love as I am not the type of person whom does not fancy too sweet stuffs. As for the filling, do add 1-2 tsp of vanilla essence will be nicer.
