How to make it

  • Heat oven to 450. Place bread shell on baking sheet. Spread sour cream over bread shell; top with salsa. Top with beans and green onions; sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional sour cream, if desired.
  • TIP: To make individual pizzas, substitute 4 (7-inch) pita breads.

    This is an excellent pizza. I am not a vegetarian but one of my daughters is so she made this for us tonight and we all scarffed it down and wanted more. Only change she did was to add a bit of cream cheese to the salsa mix. It deserves a 5 star for ease of prep and more than a 5 for taste. Excellent and thanks so much for posting Cheric.
