Southwestern Vegetarian Pizza

- 1 (10-ounce) round prebaked Italian bread shell (such as Boboli) shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour cream (Nonfat or light) shopping list
- 3/4 cup thick and chunky salsa shopping list
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed, drained shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 4 ounces (1 cup) Cheddar and Mozzarella mixed cheeses, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 450. Place bread shell on baking sheet. Spread sour cream over bread shell; top with salsa. Top with beans and green onions; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with additional sour cream, if desired.
- TIP: To make individual pizzas, substitute 4 (7-inch) pita breads.
