How to make it

  • In a large pot add coconut milk, water, ginger and garlic. Bring to boil.
  • Add crab, shell, salt and pepper. Cover and cook in medium low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until crab are pink. Trun crab occionally while cooking.
  • Add chive and mix well.
  • Place crab on serving plat, saute with coconut juice and top with shell.
