Like crab...try this crab that cook in coconut milk and ginger to give it a juicey and creamy taste.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb of blue crab(or other kind of crab), clean and removed top shelled but don't discard, cut crab into 2 pieces
  • 1 cup of fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup chives, 1 inch long
  • 2 cans of coconut milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups water
  • 5 clove garlic, crushed

Directions
  1. In a large pot add coconut milk, water, ginger and garlic. Bring to boil.
  2. Add crab, shell, salt and pepper. Cover and cook in medium low heat for about 15-20 minutes or until crab are pink. Trun crab occionally while cooking.
  3. Add chive and mix well.
  4. Place crab on serving plat, saute with coconut juice and top with shell.
