This is a great party dish . Serve it with some salad or with hamburger bun .

Ingredients
  • Patties :
  • 300 g minced beef
  • 100 g onions , chopped
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • pinch of salt and fine sugar
  • 2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 1/2 Eggs
  • 5 tbsp Olive oil
  • Sauce :
  • 300 g fresh mushrooms , remove the stalks and slice the caps
  • 2 onions sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 1/2 C fresh cream
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Mix the patties ing.
  2. Shape into patties and shallow fry on both sides .
  3. For the sauce , Heat the oil and fry the onions till limp .
  4. Add the mushrooms .
  5. Add everythingelse .
  6. Serve on top of the patties along with some boiled vegetables or salad .
