Tropical Ice Pops

- 1/4 fresh organic pineapple (or 4 rings organic canned pineapple) shopping list
- 1 peach (fresh is best or two halves of canned) shopping list
- 1 can coconut milk (Thai Kitchen brand is great) shopping list
- 3 T agave syrup (I suppose you could use a pinch of stevia for this too instead of agave, although I have not tried that) shopping list
- Norpro ice Pop Maker (the best ice pop mold I've ever come across) shopping list
How to make it
- Blend the first 4 ingredients till pineapple and peaches are in very very small chunks.
- Pour into the mold, add popsicle sticks.
- Freeze till solid.
- Run mold under hot water for 15 to 30 seconds, remove ice pop and fall in love with the creamy coconutty goodness.
