Ingredients

11/2c soft butter

3c brown sugar

3 eggs

1Tbsp vanilla

3c all purpose flour

11/2tsp baking powder

11/2tsp baking soda

3/4tsp salt

21/4c rolled oats

21/4 coconut

11/2c chocolate chips

11/2c sliced almonds

3Tbsp orange rind(zested)

Directions

Cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Sift together flour baking powder, baking soda and salt.

Mix into butter mixture.

Mix together oats, coconut, chocolate chips, sliced almonds and orange zest. Stir into butter mixture.

Spoon onto greased or parchment line cookie sheets.

Bake at 350F until lightly browned.
