How to make it

  • Combine chicken stock, water, minced onion, parmesan, oregano, basil and garlic powder set on medium heat.
  • Mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, oregano and basil.
  • Roll into small 1 inch meat balls, drop into simmering stock.
  • Add the pasta and let cook until the pasta is tender.
  • Add spinach and parmesan and allow spinach to thaw and heat through.
  • Serve with a good bread on the side.
