- For the Meatballs: shopping list
- 1lb ground beef shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp parmesan cheese shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- basil shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
- all seasonings to taste shopping list
- Soup: shopping list
- 8 Cups of chicken stock shopping list
- 4 cups of water shopping list
- 1 tbsp minced onion shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- basil shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2-3/4 cup of Asini de Pepe (little tiny round noodles) shopping list
- 1-2 tbsp parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1 bag of frozen spinach (or half a bag of fresh) shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chicken stock, water, minced onion, parmesan, oregano, basil and garlic powder set on medium heat.
- Mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, oregano and basil.
- Roll into small 1 inch meat balls, drop into simmering stock.
- Add the pasta and let cook until the pasta is tender.
- Add spinach and parmesan and allow spinach to thaw and heat through.
- Serve with a good bread on the side.
