This is another easy , tasty and unique recipe, serve with a fruited rice and spiced apple rings for a tropical flare.

Ingredients
  • 1, 3 lb chicken
  • 1 jar apple butter ( not applesauce )
  • salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder to taste

Directions
  1. Cut up chicken into serving pieces, leaving skin on but cutting off excess fat.
  2. Season chicken liberally
  3. Place chicken in roasting pan.
  4. Spread each pice evenly and thickly with apple butter, covering each piece well.
  5. Roast 350F 45 minutes to an hour until done.
