Ingredients

Stale bread

Oil

Peanut butter

Directions

Cut crusts off bread and cut into 5-6 strips.

Toast bread and trimmings slowly at 300 degrees until very crisp.

Cool completely

Crush up toasted trimmings into bread crumbs.

Beat peanut butter with oil until it reaches a cream consistency like that of a slightly loose cake frosting.

Roll toasted bread sticks in peanut butter cream coating all sides.

Roll in toasted bread crumbs.

Store in airtight container for weeks.
