Circus Peanut Jello Recipe

My mother found this recipe in a cookbook she bought from my son's 2nd grade class years ago. My hubby and I LOVE circus peanuts!!

Ingredients
- 1 Lg box Orange Jello
- 15-17 Circus Peanuts - chopped in small pieces
- 1 small can Crushed Pineapple
- 1 small container Cool Whip
Directions
- Using a medium mixing bowl, dissolve Jello in 2 C boiling watter
- Stir in chopped up peanuts
- Let sit 30 minutes.
- Stir in pineapple with juice
- Let set up in fridge
- Stir in Cool Whip and ENJOY!!

And I thouht I was the only one in the world who still ate Circus Peanuts...those things are addictive - I can't stop at just a couple! This recipe sounds really interesting, too...hmmm, another use for circus peanuts besides just popping them into my mouth - imagine that! Nice idea, angelgal!
