Ingredients
  • A stick of softened unsalted butter, for each different flavor you choose to make.
  • 1 TBS of grated citrus rind per stick of butter. I call this one Citry Butter
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced, and one TBS of chopped chives per stick of butter. This one is called Savory garlic
  • 1 TBS of cinnamon or you can use honey or maple syrup. You guessed it..sweet treat butter.
  • 2 medium serrano chiles minced per stick of butter. Hot Cha chile butter.
  • 1 TBS of Smoked Paprika per stick of butter.
  • 1TBS Dehydrated Strawberry per stick of butter

Directions
  1. Place one stick of softened, unsalted butter in a bowl, and stir in chosen flavoring.
  2. Transfer butter onto a sheet of wax paper. Fold edge over butter, and roll into a log, lengthwise.
  3. Twist ends of wax paper in opposite directions to seal. Chill at least an hour before cutting.
